Members
Katy Gossard is co-owner and COO of Smart2Market, a Fort Collins-based marketing firm serving manufacturing and technology companies. She leads client strategy and operations, helping organizations clarify their messaging, reach the right audiences, and turn marketing efforts into business growth. Katy is passionate about building strong teams, creating lasting client relationships, and learning alongside other business owners. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, whitewater rafting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Colleen Nelson, known professionally as Colleen Alison, is the founder of Root & Rise Collective, a group therapy practice and clinical training institute in Northern Colorado. She also coaches founders and business owners on the nervous system side of scaling — how to grow a company without burning yourself out in the process. Her podcast, The Regulated CEO, explores the numbers and the nervous system of leadership, drawn from her own experience building Root & Rise in real time. Colleen believes sustainable growth starts with a regulated leader, and she helps founders build both.
Jaime Garcia is the owner of L3 Insurance Solutions, where she is passionate about helping people navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance. Whether she’s assisting someone enrolling in Medicare, helping a family find affordable Marketplace coverage, or introducing a self-employed business owner to health sharing options, Jaime is committed to making the process simple, stress-free, and personalized.
As an independent health insurance broker, Jaime works with multiple insurance carriers and health sharing organizations, allowing her to focus on finding the coverage that best fits each client’s unique needs—not just promoting a single company.
