Turning Point works with youth ranging in age from 4 to 23 and their families.

Youth at Turning Point struggle with behavioral health and substance abuse issues, educational concerns, behavioral difficulties and legal issues. The majority of our youth have been neglected and/or abused in some way, have difficulty expressing anger, do not cooperate well with figures of authority, and generally rebel against expectation.

During Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Turning Point served more than 500 youth.
