Building Maintenance Assistant Basic skills in carpentry, dry wall repair, plumbing and electrical repair required. One year of experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a background check and drug screening. Work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 and 5. Paid Holidays Turning Point offers to employees 9 paid holidays each year for the first year of employment. 403B Retirement Plan Participation in the plan can occur anytime the employee is eligible for a benefit which is the first of the month following 90 days of employment. After one year of employment, Turning Point contributes $0.50 for every dollar an employee contributes to the plan. Vesting occurs after three years of employment. Other benefits include a Flex plan and financial support for professional development.
