Diagnosis Specialties Turning Point is best known for its work with youth with dual diagnosies, and with youth struggling with substance abuse. Turning Point provides direct clinical intervention services to address behavioral health and substance abuse issues for high-risk youth, ultimately teaching youth to make healthy life choices and smarter decisions. Throughout Turning Point's history, the agency has adjusted programming to respond to growing community needs. Today's fastest growing programs include Day Resource Programs (out patient therapeutic services combined with individualized education) and In-Home therapies, where our therapists meet with clients and their families in their own homes. The agency has developed a mentoring program for youth in need of added direction, life skills development and transition help and has also begun play therapy with younger aged children (4-7.) Our well qualified staff, combined with the agency's four decades of experience, allow us to better treat youth with the programs and services they need, no matter the intensity of their troubles and challenges.
