Use Excel to open the file of the county you are interested in. Then choose a general category(the bold terms above) from the tabs on the bottom of the screen. Once the correct worksheet is open, select “Data” from the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then select “Sort” from the list of options.

Next, select the type of service you would like to search for from the list under “Sort By”(if the list under “Sort By” only includes the general labels for columns, make sure that “Header Row” is selected beneath “My List Has” at the bottom of the window). After selecting the correct service, click on the word “Descending” on the right. Select “OK” and the list will be sorted so that those agencies that provide the service you are seeking are on the top. The provision of such a service will be indicated by a “Yes” in the column where the service is listed.

Step Four- Identify other
useful information
Once you have identified which agencies provide the service you are looking for, you can find other useful information in the columns on the left of the worksheet. These may include the agency’s address, telephone number, Website, hours of operation, languages, and cost.
